ITEM 115-2007-R0502   Approval of Long-Term Maintenance Plan; Montana State University-Bozeman

 

THAT: Consistent with the provisions of MCA 17-7-304, the Board of Regents of Higher Education approves the Long-Term Maintenance Plan for Montana State University-Bozeman.

 

EXPLANATION: 1. MCA 17-7-304 authorizes each campus to revert to an account and to expend funds from the account for deferred maintenance and equipment/fixed assets, consistent with a long-term plan approved by the Board of Regents.

2. The Board of Regents established the procedure to approve this Long-Term Maintenance Plan in Regents Policy 901.6 and 901.12.

3. MSU will expend reverted appropriations to execute deferred maintenance projects that are included on this Long-Term Maintenance List.
