Public comment is welcome on all items on the agenda and on any public matter not
on the agenda and within the Board’s jurisdiction. At the approximate time listed
on the agenda for public comment, the Board of Regents will call for public comment
from people attending in-person and people attending via Zoom. The Board may be ahead
of or behind the time scheduled for public comment on the agenda. The Board of Regents
requests all public comment, given in-person or remotely via Zoom, be limited to three
minutes. To offer public comment remotely, please complete the Zoom registration . Zoom registrations must be completed no later than 5:00pm on Wednesday, March 13,
