ITEM 119-1904-R0503  Authorization to Expend Student Computer and Equipment Fees; The University of Montana-Helena College of Technology

THAT: In accordance with Montana University System Policy 940.23 and 940.26, the Board of Regents authorizes the expenditure of student computer and equipment fee money for student computer lab upgrades--30 computers, Poplar and Donaldson buildings ($42,000).

EXPLANATION:  Board of Regents' Policy 940.23 and 940.26 requires Board approval of all purchases from Computer Fee funds over $25,000. The Student Government endorses this proposal.
