ITEM 117-1901-R1102  Authorization to Assess Course Fees for Fire Training Credit Classes; The University of Montana-Helena College of Technology

THAT: The Board of Regents authorizes The University of Montana-Helena College of Technology to assess materials fees for credit-bearing Protective Services courses in an amount to recover actual costs of materials dependent on individual courses.

EXPLANATION: This fee will allow the College to assess appropriate fees to recover costs for propane, water, facility fees, and other consumable supplies associated with Fire Training courses. The contractual arrangement with the facility used for these activities has changed, resulting in the need for this authority.
