ITEM 110-2701-R0301  Authorization to Expend Student Equipment Fee Allocation; Montana State University Billings, College of Technology

 

THAT: Consistent with the provisions of Board of Regents' Policy 940.26, the Board of Regents authorizes Montana State University-Billings College of Technology to expend Student Equipment Fee funds for the following project which exceeds the local approval threshold: "purchase CISCO lab equipment for an instructional lab." Total cost $52,563.

 

EXPLANATION: Board of Regents policy 940.26 requires Board approval of all purchases over $25,000. The Student Equipment Fee Committee membership is comprised 50% of students and they have given their approval.
