RE: Election of Board Officers

This item amends Article IV of the Regents' Bylaws (Policy 201.7). The amendment calls for biennial election of officers at the first meeting after May 1 of each even numbered year. It also specifies that the officers assume office at the first meeting following election. Finally, for the sake of clarity, the placement of one sentence is changed.
