"The Board will meet for the purpose of evaluating candidates for Interim Commissioner. It is my determination that the demands of individual privacy exceed the merits of public disclosure with regard to these matters and I am therefore closing this portion of the meeting as allowed by MCA 2-3-203." /s/ Richard Roehm, Chairman
II. EXECUTIVE SESSION (Re: Selection of Interim Commissioner)
If the Board reaches consensus on the pool of applicants, the open meeting will reconvene for the nomination and election of the Interim Commissioner.
