Public comment is welcome on all items on the agenda and on any public matter not
on the agenda and within the Board’s jurisdiction. At the approximate time listed
on the agenda for public comment, the Board of Regents will call for public comment.
The Board may be ahead of or behind the time scheduled for public comment on the agenda.
The Board of Regents requests all public comment be limited to three minutes. To offer
public comment, please complete the Zoom registration no later than Tuesday, July 21 at 5:00pm. Written public comment should be submitted either by email to jcasanovas@montana.edu or sent by mail to 560 N. Park Ave, PO Box 203201 Helena, MT 59620-3201 with Attn:
