General Meeting Information

The November 2020 Board of Regents meeting will be convened virtually via Zoom on Thursday, November 19th and Friday, November 20th. This meeting will be streamed on YouTube and is available for viewing on our webpage at https://www.mus.edu/board/meetings/Video/LIVE.html

Campus Participation

Campuses have been instructed to set-up a physical on-campus meeting space or  “Zoom Room” on their respective campus to coordinate staff presentations and addressing items collectively in a safe, social distancing approach. Anyone interested in viewing the meeting, who is not scheduled to present an item or give public comment may view the meeting Live.

Public Comment & Participation

This meeting will be open to the public. If you wish to participate, please email Amy Unsworth at aunsworth@montana.edu with your name and a request and you will be sent a registration email with instructions for joining and participating in the call. Written public comment is also welcome and appreciated. 

A time will be provided for oral public comment on the agenda, at that time, members of the public who have joined may "raise their hand" and participate after being recognized by the Board Chair. Comments will be taken in order. Public comment is also available at your local campus, please contact your local campus CEO's Office for more details. Written public comment via email may be sent to Amy Unsworth at aunsworth@montana.edu.
