Please list each instance in 2006, 2007, and 2008 of compensation other than salary paid to any and all research faculty and staff, regardless of amount, from federal, state, and other sources.

  • This is an example of a question that requires a very detailed response, as mentioned in Commissioner Stearns' cover letter.  Responding to this question would require a review of the payroll records of individual faculty and staff. The response to this question needs to be reviewed with the regents to obtain their guidance on the process we should use in responding.
  • All salaries (including stipends) are submitted to the Commissioner of Higher Education for approval.  Detail related to source and function is maintained by the campuses.
