Level II Proposalslevel II

Level II proposals require approval of the Board of Regents. These proposals entail more substantive additions to, alterations in, or termination of programs, structures, or administrative or academic entities typically characterized by the addition, reassignment, or elimination or personnel, facilities, or courses of instruction; rearrangement of budgets, cost centers, funding sources; and changes which by implication could impact other MUS institutions and community colleges. Level II proposals may be submitted by the flagship campuses or community colleges at any of the four regular meetings of the Board of Regents.
