Building/Maintenance Fee Reserves; Montana State University College of
Technology-Great Falls
THAT:����������� ����������� ����������� The Board of Regents of Higher Education hereby
authorizes Montana State University College of Technology-Great Falls to expend
Building/Maintenance Fee Reserves for paving of parking lots and relocation of
the service road on the campus.� The
funds used will not exceed $185,000.
EXPLANATION:�����������
In accordance with Board of Regents Policy 971.7.1,
Building and Maintenance Fee; Colleges of Technology and with the procedures of
policy 940.9.2, expenditures of building funds for projects in excess of
$150,000 shall be submitted to the Commissioner of Higher Education for
approval by the Board of Regents.�
