ITEM 105-2002-R1199 Appointment of Tim Stavnes, Pete Bishop, Scott Waldron and Linda Williams to the Fire Services Training Advisory Council; Montana State University-Bozeman

THAT: The Board of Regents of Higher Education appoints Tim Stavnes, Pete Bishop, Scott Waldron and Linda Williams to a term beginning September 15, 1999, and ending September 14, 2003, on the Fire Services Training Advisory Council.

EXPLANATION: Montana Code Annotated, 2-15-1519, requires that the Board of Regents appoints a Fire Services Advisory Council to work with the Director of the Fire Service Training School. This item will meet the conditions set forth in the statute.
