THAT: The Board of Regents of the Montana University System acknowledges the completion of the Process Plant Technology Center, Montana State University-Billings.

EXPLANATION: The Board of Regents of the Montana University System authorized Montana State University - Billings to remodel the lab area at the College of Technology campus to accommodate the Process Plant Technology program at the July 10-11, 1997, meeting.

The construction was complete September 1, 1998, at a cost of $265,788 and the final one year warranty inspection was conducted September 8, 1999.

Montana State University-Billings, on behalf of the Board of Regents will deliver a Certificate of Completion to the Board of Investments. The certificate will state that the project has been fully completed in accordance with the plans and specifications and that the project has been fully paid for and no claim or claims exist against the Board.
