THAT: Consistent with the provisions of MCA 18-2-102 ["(b) the Regents of the Montana University System may authorize the construction of revenue-producing facilities referred to in 20-25-302 if they are financed wholly from the revenue from the facility."], the Board of Regents of Higher Education authorizes Montana State University-Billings to renovate and construct Physical Education Facilities at Montana State University-Billings. The estimated cost is $750,000.

EXPLANATION: 1) The scope of this project includes the design, construction, and equipage for the following:

1. Reroof the Auxiliary Gym and Racquetball Courts
2. HVAC System
3. Expanded Fitness Center
4. Office Space
5. Infrastructure to support the Tennis Air Structure

2) This project will be completed using Revenue Bonds as well as existing auxiliary and plant funds.

3) This project requires the authorization of the Board of Regents.
