This agreement is made and entered into on this the ญญญญ1st day of July, 2001, by and between the Montana University System with units at Missoula, Bozeman, Billings, and Butte, Montana, hereinafter referred to as the employer, and the Montana University System Maintenance Painters Union, hereinafter referred to as the bargaining agent or union.
