Policy

Smoking may not occur by any person in any manner such that tobacco smoke may enter the entrances, windows, ventilation systems or other accesses of the Montana Higher Education Complex or any building leased or owned by SAF, MGSLP, or OCHE.  In order to accomplish this, smoking will not be permitted within 30 feet of these buildings.  This includes the second floor balcony and the loading dock area at the Montana Higher Education Complex.
