Policy 940.2 - Application fee

Board policy: 

            1.         Each campus of the Montana University System shall charge a non-refundable application fee of $30.00 to each applicant for admission to a graduate or undergraduate program.  Campuses may exempt applicants for special or non-degree programs authorized by Section 301. 

            2.         If an applicant for a special or non-degree student program authorized by Section 301 later applies for enrollment in the campus’s regular program, the application fee shall be charged at that time. 

Interpretation: 

            3.  The application fee shall be honored for one year from the semester for which the student is applying.-
