Policy 940.2 - Application fee

Board policy

            1.         Each campus of the Montana University System shall charge a non-refundable application fee of $30.00 to each applicant for admission to a graduate or undergraduate program.  Campuses may exempt applicants for special or non-degree programs authorized by Section 301

            2.         If an applicant for a special or non-degree student program authorized by Section 301 later applies for enrollment in the campus’s regular program, the application fee shall be charged at that time. 

Interpretation

            3.  The application fee shall be honored for one year from the semester for which the student is applying.-
