Policy 940.13.1 - Relinquishment of course fees; fully sponsored programs

Board policy: 

            1.  When a program offered by a campus of the Montana University System is fully sponsored and the sponsoring agency pays for the overhead costs in addition to the direct costs, such fees may be relinquished. 

            2.  Any credit hours generated by such a program shall be considered restricted credit hours.
