Policy 901.3 - Peter Potter Loan Trust Fund

Board policy: 

            1.         The financial aid office at Montana Tech of the University of Montana is authorized to act as the agent of the Board of Regents of Higher Education for administering the student loans from the Potter Trust.

             2.         Montana Tech of the University of Montana shall be reimbursed $3,000 per annum from the Potter Trust for administrative costs.
