Policy 704 - Labor Negotiations; General
 Effective December 15, 1975; Issued April 17, 1995

Board policy:

1. The Board of Regents shall not negotiate directly with employee groups respecting salaries, wages, or other conditions of employment.

2. The Commissioner of Higher Education, consistent with the provisions of 39-31-301 M.C.A., is vested with the authority to manage negotiations consistent with applicable law and Board policy.
