Policy 702.2 - Appointment; Commissioner's Staff
Effective May 9, 1977; Issued June 23, 1977

Board policy:

1. Appointment of all contract professional employees on the Commissioner's staff shall be subject to Board review in the same manner as the Board reviews such appointments on the campuses of the Montana University System.

2. Board of Regents' approval is required whenever the Commissioner of Higher Education contracts for outside professional services for his office.
