Item 28-802-R0780, Authorization to establish a Higher Education Center at Malmstrom Air Force Base, Great Falls; Northern Montana College, Sept. 8, 1980; Item 70-801-R0191, Authorization to change the name of the Higher Education Center at Malmstrom Air Force Base to the "Higher Education Center at Great Falls," March 22, 1991.
