Statutory authority:

The board of regents shall keep a record of its proceedings. (20-2-114 M.C.A.)

Board policy:

Minutes of all Board of Regents' meetings shall be kept at the Office of the Commissioner of Higher Education. The minutes shall be available to the public during normal office hours for inspection and duplication.
