Policy 1003.2 - Property management; community colleges

Board policy:

Prior to the purchase, lease or sale of real property or the construction, enlargement, alteration, repair or acquisition of school buildings or dormitories which involve the expenditure of money directly appropriated by the legislature, the boards of trustees of community colleges must first obtain approval from the Board of Regents of Higher Education.
