THURSDAY, July 22, 1999

The Board of Regents convened for a Conference Call Meeting at 8:35 a.m.

Regents Present: Pat Davison (Chairman), Jeremy Fritz, Lynn Morrison-Hamilton, Margie Thompson, Richard Roehm, Deborah Wetsit and Richard Crofts (Commissioner).

Regents Absent: Ed Jasmin (Vice-Chairman) (Connection Lost)

Roll Call indicated a Quorum Present

NEW BUSINESS

  1. Approval of ITEM 104-107-R0799 - Tentative Agreement with Montana Public Employees Association.
  2. Approval of ITEM 104-108-R0799 - Tentative Agreement with Montana Nurses Faculty Association.
  3. Approval of ITEM 104-109-R0799 - Tentative Agreement with Montana District Council of Laborers.
  4. Approval of ITEM 104-110-R0799 - Tentative Agreement with International Union of Operating Engineers, Local # 400 for Employees at the Colleges of Technology.
  5. Approval of ITEM 104-111-R0799 - Tentative Agreement with WMC-UM Faculty Association.

  Regent Thompson MOVED for APPROVAL of items a. through e.

  Roll Call Vote indicated MOTION APPROVED unanimously.

With no further business to come before The Board of Regents, the meeting adjourned at 8:40 a.m.
