THAT: Consistent with the provisions set forth in Board of Regents Policy 940.25, it is the recommendation of the Rural Physician Incentive Program Advisory Committee that the following applicants be approved for program participation:

Thomas Bradley Fouts, M.D.

Practice Location Red Lodge, MT

Medical School: Wake Forest University School of Medicine

Residency: Montana Family Practice Residency Billings, MT

Robert Glen Parrott, D.O.

Practice Location Superior, MT

Medical School: University of North Texas Medical Center

Residency: Osteopathic Medical Center of Texas Fort Worth, TX

Annette Wahl, M.D.

Practice Location Lewistown, MT

Medical School: University of South Dakota School of Medicine

Residency: Montana Family Practice Residency Billings, MT

 

EXPLANATION: Board of Regents Policy 940.25 established on June 21, 1991 requires the board approval for all Rural Physician Incentive Program participants.
