THAT: The Board of Regents authorizes the campuses of the Montana University System to implement tuition, mandatory fees, and miscellaneous fees changes for fiscal year 2003.
EXPLANATION: Two memos are submitted for Board of Regents consideration:
· Tuition and mandatory fee proposals;
· Miscellaneous and course fee changes.
