Board policy: 

          Campuses of the Montana University System are authorized to charge a transcript fee. 

Procedures: 

            1.         Each student may is eligible to receive one (1) free official transcript. 

            2.         For every transcript request thereafter $3.00 $5.00 shall be charged per copy.
