ITEM 107-1004-R0500       Information Technology Resources Center, Series E 1998 Facilities Improvement and Refunding Revenue Bonds; The University of Montana-Missoula

 

THAT:                                    The Board of Regents of the Montana University System authorizes The University of Montana to deliver to the Trustee for the Series E 1998 Facilities Improvement and Refunding Revenue Bonds of The University of Montana a Certificate of Completion for the Information Technology Resources Center - Missoula project.­

 

EXPLANATION:                  Section 5.01(c) of the Indenture of Trust for the Series E 1998 Facilities Improvement and Refunding Revenue Bonds provides that, within 90 days after the completion of each project, The University of Montana, on behalf of the Board of Regents, shall deliver a Certificate of Completion to the Trustee.  The Certificate must state that the project has been fully completed in accordance with the plans and specifications and that the project has been fully paid for and no claim or claims exist against the Board. 

 

ATTACHMENT:                   Draft of the Certificate which will be executed upon approval of the Board of Regents.
